Technological theories: work analysis, work humanization, work design; work performance, errors and critical incidents; selected work motivation theories; job evaluation and performance evaluation criteria.
Diagnostic skills: work and task analysis, work activities analysis, evaluating work conditions; job evaluation, performance evaluation; evaluation of work motivators.
Intervention skills: work design and work methods; task division; teamwork.
