The course is divided into two units:
a) German society and culture 2
b) German literature 2:
German society and culture 2:
- Perceiving one's own and the foreign environment, stereotypes and prejudices, relations between one's homeland and foreign countries, historical overview (Germany from 1871 to the present), current political and social situation in Germany, etc.
- Overview of some developments in art, music, film, etc.
German literature 2:
- Further overview of literature of the German-speaking area: Post-Romanticism, Realism, Naturalism, Modernism (Symbolism, Impressionism, Expressionism, etc.), literature of the Weimar Republic.
