Human rights and educational institutions. Differences among generations of human rights. Human rights and the concept of citizenship.

The citizen as a political being, as a legal being. Law, legal acts and education for responsibility. Education for responsible citizenship. Democracy and the democratic. The citizen as a sovereign and the teacher as a place of establishing authority.

Education in public schools: the subject's freedom and autonomy. Permissiveness, authenticity and the non-autonomous subject. Education and ideology.

The educational concept of public schools: between words and actions (what do we say and how do we act); school culture – social relationships; cooperation with parents and participation in the local community;

Civic education: knowledge, skills and values. Civic and patriotic education.

The categorical opposition between so-called "modern" and "traditional" schools establishes the pedagogical discourse of (too much) strain. Speaking in either-or oppositions disables critical thinking. The traditionalism and subversion of knowledge.

The theoretical models and various policies of addressing violence, drug use and abuse, underprivileged social positions, etc. inside education.
